The dating challenge

You are currently relaxing at the city beach, when Yana suddenly appears.
You already regret your choice go there with her, but since you don't really have other friends in this place, you thought, it would at least be better than going alone.

Hey, what is it? I thought, I could just enjoy the sun...

I got an idea!
I try to find a girlfriend for you, and you get one for me!
What do you think of that?

Well, there are some pretty girls here on the beach.

You look at Yana.

And guys. You prefer men, I guess.

So it doesn't even sound that bad.

So finding a nice girl for me might work.

Also, being a girl myself makes it a lot easier to socialize with the cute girls you're interested in most.
Especially being a girl as sensitive as me.

The reverse is not likely to be the case, though.

You examine Yana. Her swim clothes might be a bit tight for her.

If some guy would have the option to get any other girl, he would definitely not take Yana.
Even if someone gives her a chance despite her look, her personality would probably put him off.

Compared to them she suddenly seemed almost normal. At least you can have kind of normal conversations to her.

All right, so in order to not interfere with each other, I propose you to go that direction an me to go the other one.

Yana points in one direction.
So both of you will probably walk along the beach in opposite directions.

In about four hours we will meet here with each others date again.
That should be enough time, right?

After that we'll go to a date together with them.
But of course I hope you won't just pick a random person.

You walk along the beach and watch out for boys around your age or a little older.
Just walking along the beach can be fun, too.

After a while you notice a group of young men playing some ball game with a net.
Looks like volleyball, a game you've played before in your village.

Some of the guys are pretty muscular.
If you could get one of them to come with you, Yana would for sure be happy.
So you just approach them.

Hey, what are you doing?
Can I join in as well?

Two of the guys at the one side of the net look at each other, one nods in agreement, and the other one then looks back at you.
He is one of the more muscular and appears to be the tallest of the group.

Sure, more players are always good.

I'm Jay and this is Matteo.

He looks back at the one who nodded.

You'll get to know everyone else soon enough.
Now all you need to know is that they are our opponents.

Good idea! Now that the numbers finally add up.

So you start to play volleyball against three other guys with them.
You never were that good before, but sometimes you still manage to be useful to your team.

Afterwards you also play some other games with them.
You especially like sand sprint. It's very difficult to get fast in the sand without falling.

While playing these games, you also slowly get to know the other guys a little.
Silas and Miko have less developed muscles, Miko is also quite small.
And Kyran is muscular, but has pretty wide shoulders.

So in addition to Jay, only Silas and Matteo actually seem like good choices for Yana.

Soon all of you have been soaked in sweat.
So after a short cooldown in the water, you sit down together at a beach bar.
Matteo even buys you a drink.

Miko has trouble with getting a girl.

You don't get it.

You keep sitting at the bar for a while, talking about other things.
You also go back into the water for some time.

But soon the four hour will have passed, so it's time to say goodbye to the boys.
Only Jay accompanies you to the place where you want to meet Yana again.

Despite his initial reluctance, Jay already is excited and asks a lot of questions about Yana.
You don't want to tell him any details. He would only lose interest.

And you're already excited about your date as well.
But you probably just shouldn't expect too much of her...
